3Y0E Pilot Station is later today on vacation close to the Botswana (A2) border. However, ZS6DXB will still have internet connection to inform the team of latest developments.
He has asked that if any station works or hears Petrus, 3Y0E could you please make an audio recording and forward to zs6dxb@kats.za.net The recording would then be embedded to this website for all to play and listen.
Rhy also has with him a copy of the 3Y0E license. Whenever he is next online from the ZS/A2 border, a file will be sent to the webmaster whereby the license will then be displayed for everyone to see. One other item of news is regarding the 3Y0E QSL card design. Similarly to the license, a proof copy of the card will be available soon and displayed on here.
Currently, the team are trying to determine whether the cluster spots dated 20 Dec were infact real - we had misgivings initially. ZS6DXB was at time of this update trying to get confirmation.
