    looking for qso, as with all, a new one from the states.
    Have worked 3Y from KH2 now need onr from here.
    Looking for best time to hear them.. I hear ZS6 and ZS2s at about 1800z so think this about a good time..
    he is on freq, 14.200 here but hear nothing but can hear the ZS’s.

    Please try to get on the air around 15-16 UTC. The time you work Central and Western part of East EU - (18- 19 UTC) is too late for us. Just for your refference - while Eu G-land is in UTC, EU UA4 is already UTC +4 and EU/AS border in the Urals UA9 area is UTC+5. So you see even East EU itself got approx. 3 timezones. Nearly every DX’ ped is aware of US timezones ( at least EST CST MST PST) but always ignore a huge part of EU. We here in EU Russia also need you badly ! Sorry for long comments and 73’s !
