DIRECT:

Include a SASE plus $2 for postage, or at least one “New Type” IRC(Please ensure that any IRC’s sent, have an expiry date of 31st Dec 2009 and are stamped from your post service)

Please do not send Postage Stamps or Currencies other than US$
( €uro Notes accepted, but NOT coins)

Any requests without postage or not self addressed envelope will be returned via the Bureau

Any extra funds are much welcome !!!
